💰 Rent: $1,800/month, utilities covered by me
📅 Dates: January 2027 – June 2027, flexible / potentially longer

The Room + Apartment:
• Private, fully furnished single bedroom
• Lots of natural light and good lighting throughout the apartment
• 4 bed / 2 bath, so you only share your bathroom with one other girl
• Modern kitchen with electric stove, oven, air fryer, fridge, etc.
• Comfortable furnished living/common area
• Secure building access + on-site laundry and other building amenities

Roommates:
You’d be living with 3 outgoing junior girls at Berkeley! Everyone is friendly, respectful, and pretty clean, so we’d love to find someone with a similar vibe.

Location:
The Edge is right across the street from UC Berkeley campus, so getting to class is super easy. You’re also right in the middle of Southside / Berkeley restaurants, cafes, boba, Telegraph, study spots, and pretty much everything you’d need. Downtown Berkeley BART is about a 12-minute walk, so getting to SF and around the Bay is super convenient too.
