The apartment features a spacious living room with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and a dining table, and all utilities included in the rent. The room itself comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and computer monitor.
You will be rooming with two male Stanford PhD students. Rent is $1460/month utilities included, so for a 20-day period it would be $973.
Ideally you should be an enrolled Stanford matriculated graduate student in good standing with the University and with no current housing assignment. If not but you are still affiliated with Stanford, you are welcome to reach out but there's no guarantee it can work out, per Stanford's sublicensing policy.
