I'm subleasing my room in a 2bed/2bath in EVGR at Stanford during winter break. I'm flying on Thursday December 3rd back home, so the start date is non-negotiable (I have to leave you the key) and is Dec 3rd. For the end date, it would be whenever I come back, which is unclear yet but somewhere around January 6th is a good estimate.
I have one Chinese male roommate who is the nicest person you'll ever meet.
The price is $1,700 (all included, no other charges) for this one month sublease, below the price that the University asks for, because I will leave most of my own personal stuff in the room during my absence.
