[Sublet Wanted] Incoming Stanford postdoc seeking furnished sublet, starting August 29. Budget $2,500

I’m an incoming postdoctoral researcher working between Stanford University and Gladstone Institutes/UCSF. I’m looking for a furnished sublet for approximately 1–3 months, beginning around August 29, 2026, while I settle into the Bay Area and search for long-term housing.

🏠 What I’m looking for

• A studio, one-bedroom apartment, or private bedroom with a private bathroom in a shared house or apartment
• Located in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, or nearby areas with convenient access to Caltrain
• Furnished, with kitchen access and on-site or in-unit laundry preferred.
• Move-in around August 29, 2026, for 1–3 months
• Budget of up to $2,500 per month, preferably including utilities and Wi-Fi

• I recently completed my PhD at Harvard and am relocating to the Bay Area for my postdoctoral position
• Single occupant
• Non-smoker with no pets
• Quiet, tidy, reliable, and deeply respectful of shared spaces and personal schedules
