Hey everyone, we're looking for one roommate to fill the last spot on our lease starting September 1st, 2026, for a 2-bed, 1-bath apartment at 90 Gardner St.
We keep the place well-kept and comfortable, and we have a nice, cozy shared living room.
Here is the breakdown for the apartment:
Rent: $737.50 a month (this is for a shared room, making it 4 people total in the apartment).
Security Deposit: 2 months' rent.
Utilities: Heat and water are included in the rent.
Commute: Super convenient. It's just a 5-minute walk to the Green Line T, and about a 14-minute ride straight to campus.
We're ideally looking for a guy who is clean, tidy, and respectful of the shared spaces.
