Description

Hi!

I’m a 26-year-old PhD student in econometrics/statistics from France, and I’ll be a Visiting Student Researcher in Stanford’s Department of Statistics this fall.

I’m looking for a furnished private room from around September 12-14 until December 18, ideally within ~20 minutes of Stanford by bike. I’m also open to slightly different dates or a flexible/month-to-month arrangement.

I’m clean, respectful, non-smoking, and easygoing, and I’ll spend most weekdays working on campus. Outside of research, I’m very active and enjoy running, hiking, and working out. I’m also looking forward to meeting people and making the most of my time at Stanford.

I’d be very happy to share with Stanford graduate students, postdocs, visiting researchers, or young professionals.

Budget: ideally $1,500-$2,200/month
Looking for: furnished private room, kitchen access, laundry, reliable Wi-Fi, and bikeable to Stanford

I’m currently in France but will be arriving in the Bay Area in September, so I’d be happy to arrange a video call or virtual viewing beforehand.

Please feel free to message me if you have something available, or if you’d like to know a bit more about me!

Thanks!
