· Move-in: Aug 5, 2026 preferred

· Unit: Studio (preferred) or 1BR; 2BR also considered
· Location: Within 15–20 min bike ride to Stanford Hospital
· Lease: Long-term preferred (up to 3 years)
· Budget: Open to discussion
