Saturday Blood Pressure Screening 9-12 PM. Please meet in front of Foggy Bottom Metro at 8:30 AM. 5 Clinical/Volunteer Hours.
REMINDER FOR YOU TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE:
1.Visit the H4H website and register yourself as a member and pay the registration fee (it is a $20 fee)
2.Take the quiz at the end of the registration and sign the confidentiality agreement
3.Forward your registration confirmation email to gw@h4hinternational.org for our records
4.Join H4H on GW RevConnect to stay up to date with our upcoming events and meetings!
5. Attend a Blood Pressure Training Session* (dates will be announced soon)
