Summer Canoeing on Beebe Lake

Paddle around beautiful Beebe Lake and explore the hidden gorge in the heart of campus. Cornell Outdoor Education instructors are on-hand for the adventure, all equipment is provided, no experience is necessary.

The cost $15 per person (includes paddle, life jacket, boat and instruction). Must register in advance. All ages welcome! Youth who are too small to paddle can attend for free.

Arrive at Beebe Lake Beach at 1pm or 2:30pm for an orientation and gear outfitting. Wear clothing that you don’t mind getting wet (hat, water shoes and water bottle recommended). Instructors will be on the water to support you if you'd like paddling tips! The sessions ends at 2:30pm and 4pm.
