GSA Public Listening Session: Basic Safeguarding of Data within LLM AI Systems

On July 14, The George Washington University Law School is hosting the GSA public listening session on its revised draft AI clause (the comment window is open now).

The new draft—"Basic Safeguarding of Data within Large Language Model Artificial Intelligence Systems" (GSAR 552.239-7001)—is a substantial rewrite of the previous draft.

If you work in the government procurement and/or AI space, this is your opportunity to share your thoughts.

The session runs 11 a.m.–2 p.m. in person at GW Law (Lerner Hall 201), with virtual attendance available. Registration closes July 3; comments are due August 3.
