Join FIU in Washington, D.C. for an immersive experiential learning Fly-In exploring the policies, priorities, and global conversations shaping the world's largest economies. Presented in partnership with the Office of Student Experiences, Honors College, Adam Smith Center, and the Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs.
As the United States prepares to host the 2026 G20 Leaders' Summit in Miami, students will engage with policymakers, industry leaders, diplomats, and experts to better understand how international cooperation influences economic growth, innovation, and national security.
Through site visits, discussions, and networking opportunities, participants will explore topics including:
- The U.S. role in shaping the global economic agenda through the G20
- Economic growth, entrepreneurship, and reducing regulatory barriers
- Energy security and resilient supply chains
- Artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and digital innovation
- Global competitiveness, workforce development, and finance
