Hospice 5K: Run to Remember

The 1st annual Hospice 5K: Run to Remember will be a community-based 5K run/walk dedicated to raising funds and awareness for hospice care in the greater Rochester area. This event will provide individuals and families a meaningful way to honor loved ones who have received hospice services, while reinforcing the mission of compassionate, end-of-life care.

• Raise funds to expand and sustain hospice services and support programs.
