The NC Defense Manufacturing Community Support Program will host an interactive workshop to equip Department of Defense contractors and small businesses with practical tools and foundational knowledge to strengthen their cybersecurity and business continuity strategy. Participants will learn how to create a sustainable cyber program that protects operations, improves resilience and builds a culture of cybersecurity awareness. You'll learn what you need to know about Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification compliance.
Registration is required. The deadline to register is July 9.
The workshop will be held at NC A&T University in Greensboro. A continental breakfast will be available at 9 a.m. at McNair Hall, 1601 East Market St., in Room 226. The training will begin at 9:30 a.m. in Room 240.
Parking will be available at the Obermeyer Parking Lot, 102 Laurel St., on a pay-per-hour basis.
