This free four-hour session, presented by the Ohio Crime Victim Justice Center, offers in-depth guidance on recent updates in Ohio victims’ rights law, including the evolving framework of Marsy’s Law. Participants will also engage in practical, real-time strategies for asserting victims’ rights in both trial and appellate court settings.
