Open Enrollment for Licensed Minnesota Peace Officers, currently employed with a Minnesota law enforcement agency: Use of Force Workshop

 

Northland is proud to partner with the Minnesota Office of Higher Education to provide this workshop at no cost for current, licensed, Minnesota Peace Officers, eligible for 8 POST Continuing Education (CE) credits.

This Use of Force workshop provides law enforcement professionals with practical, scenario‑based training focused on sound judgment and lawful application of force. Participants will engage in realistic exercises designed to enhance decision‑making, communication, and tactical response during common and high‑risk encounters.

Intended Audience / Prerequisites:

• Licensed Minnesota Peace Officers
• Currently employed with a Minnesota law enforcement agency
• Agencies are encouraged to coordinate attendance and share this opportunity with eligible personnel
