Career Lab: Creating Your Intern for a Day Profile (Arch Ready Fall 2026)

Dive into a hands on lab designed to guide attendees through creating a strong, competitive profile for the UGA Intern For A Day program. Intern For A Day is a one day job shadowing experience that connects you with professionals in a particular field of interest and provides an inside look at a typical day in the workplace. In this interactive session, participants won’t just learn about the program — they’ll actively build and refine the components of their profile needed to participate.

Learning Objectives:

• Navigate the platform with confidence — finding opportunities, managing application materials, and using built in resources 
• Create or enhance an Intern For A Day profile during the session, including crafting strong responses, selecting relevant experiences, and highlighting key skills 
• Apply practical strategies for communicating your interests professionally and authentically 

To receive credit for this program, participants must attend this event in person and complete the survey at the end of the session.
