📍Canvas Express: Building Spaces for Collaboration (In-Person)

Design learning experiences that encourage students to engage, collaborate, and learn together.

 

This focused Canvas Express session explores how Canvas tools can support active learning and meaningful student interaction. Discover how to use Discussions, Groups, and Collaborations to create opportunities for students to share ideas, work together, and engage with course content beyond individual assignments.

 

Format: 30-minute demonstration + 15 minutes of guided support

This session is part of Canvas Month, the University of Miami's month-long series of workshops, hands-on training, and support opportunities designed to help faculty confidently prepare their Canvas courses.
