Ebony Bobcat Network National Conference

The Ebony Bobcat Network National Conference: Power, Purpose, Legacy is a symposium of Ohio University alumni and friends. The conference brings Bobcats together from across the country to discuss topics of mutual interest, develop strategies for continued growth, gather in fellowship, and promote the accomplishments and entrepreneurship of fellow Bobcats. Conference attendees also will have the opportunity to visit The Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture.
 

Conference Schedule

Friday, Sept. 25

• 6–10 p.m. Welcome Meet & Greet

Saturday, Sept. 26

• 8–9 a.m. Breakfast (included with hotel registration)
• 9–10:30 a.m. EBN Business Meeting 
• 10:30 a.m.–noon Bobcat Authors' Showcase
• 1–4 p.m. Smithsonian Museum of African American History and Culture Tour (Charter bus transportation included)
• 7–11 p.m. Celebration Dinner 

Sunday, Sept. 27

• 8–9 a.m. Fare-thee-well Breakfast (included with hotel registration)

All EBN National Conference guests must be registered for the conference to participate in any Conference activities.

Ebony Bobcat Network National Conference: Event Sponsorship Levels
If you are interested in serving as a sponsor for the Ebony Bobcat Network National Conference, please review the information below to learn more about the options that are available. Your charitable sponsorship provides general support for the EBN National Conference, which will be receipted by The Ohio University Foundation, and includes recognition of your support at the Conference being held September 25 - 27, 2026. Please note that if your sponsorship includes registration packages, you will need to reduce your charitable donation by that amount. Please consult your tax advisor with additional questions. You will be contacted closer to the event to finalize how your name and logo will be displayed.

If you would like to sponsor the conference, you can select the free ticket on the registration form, and then select your sponsorship package on the Add-Ons registration page. 

Platinum: $3000
Platinum Sponsors will be acknowledged throughout the conference with signage and promotional announcements. Our Platinum Sponsor will be entitled to four conference registration packages.

Gold: $2000
Gold Sponsors will be acknowledged throughout the conference with signage and promotional announcements. Our Gold sponsors will be entitled to three conference registration packages.

Silver: $1500
Silver sponsors will be acknowledged throughout the conference with signage and promotional announcements. Our Silver sponsors will be entitled to two conference registration packages.

Bronze: $500
Bronze sponsors will be acknowledged throughout the conference with signage and promotional announcements. Our Bronze sponsors will be entitled to one conference registration package.

Patron: $250 
Patrons will be acknowledged throughout the conference with promotional announcements.
