Join us for one of two 25 minute sessions where you will learn about the Japanese origins of forest bathing, or "shinrin yoku" and how it can be a beautiful and useful way to improve your wellness. We will then spread then spread out in the garden and practice some techniques for being present tuning into the nature around you. We will meet at the tea house in the Cottrell Japanese Garden.
