Master Black Belt certification is the culminating experience of any Lean Six Sigma program. It demonstrates your ability to apply Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to real-world, enterprise-level problems or opportunities to create measurable business impact. You must complete five projects to achieve Master Black Belt certification.
