Horticulture Workshop | Concrete Planters and Landscaping Tour

Join us! 

Participants will explore the beauty and creativity of horticulture through a hands-on workshop experience. Attendees will create their own decorative concrete planter while learning about plant selection and container gardening principles. The workshop will also include a tour of Oklahoma State University's campus landscapes, highlighting landscape design concepts, plant identification and horticulture practices. Participants will also join the Pete Walk, gaining deeper insight into campus traditions while enjoying a walk through some of OSU's most notable spaces. This engaging program combines creativity, horticultural education, physical activity and campus exploration.

 

This workshop is open to all Payne County youth ages 5-18.
