$1,000 - Furnished Room in Los Altos! Nov 1 thru Dec 8 ---

Hi!

This is a great complex near Wholefoods,Target, Safeway, great restaurants and multiple places near downtown Los Altos.

Most of the apartments across the street (ie: San Antonio Square) OR NEXT DOOR (Colonade) are going for $4,000 per month for one bedroom. I am charging $1,000 for one bedroom - I'm gone all day, working at Stanford and will be away for Thanksgiving visiting my relatives in San Diego! - No deposit

The complex is very safe and there is private parking - not on the street!

The room is furnished and I pay for wi-fi & utilities

The complex doesn't want smokers or crazy parties

I'm hanging out on a fold out when I'm home

I have towels and all kitchen utilities (microwave, bowels, spoons, forks, knives)

The bathroom is shared but I'm outta there at 7:40 a.m. on the work days and usually use the bathroom at 5:00 a.m. -
