$1,077/month 1BR summer sublet in 4BR Rains, female

Hi there! I'm looking for a summer sublet for my bedroom in a 4-person apartment in Rains. In particular, I'm looking for someone who can sublet from June 18 to September 7th, dates flexible. The $1,077/month rent (pro-rated to the actual duration of your stay) includes all utilities, including free WiFi and laundry. I'd also request a $200 deposit, in case of damage/lost keys (but would ideally prefer to return that money to you and that everything remain intact).

The bedroom is a private room with a twin bed, desk, and closet/drawer space (hangers provided). The bathroom is shared with one other person, and has everything a bathroom usually has. The kitchen is stocked with all amenities, including a stove, microwave, oven, toaster oven, hot water boiler, etc. The living room is spacious, and furnished with couches and a kitchen table. Also, my roommates are lovely, and our neighbors are friendly!
