Hey potential roommate! We are looking for new housemates for our Sunnyvale home.

Location: In the heart of Sunnyvale. A short 15 minute drive to google, 20 minute drive to Stanford and a 13 minute drive to Y combinators main office. Its in a very central location for anyone working in the Peninsula/South bay and is close to DT Mountain view, which has a lot of bars. You will also have a sister house 8 minutes away with a great group :).

In unit washing machine and Dryer. Multiple refrigerators. Driveway spots & garage spots available.

The rooms: One room available for $1090/month

Roommates: Culture and community are important to us. You will be living with respectful and like-minded young professionals, mostly working at Stanford or other local tech companies, who want to work hard and have a place to relax and socialize at home.

You: We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality, open attitude, and interesting people who can contribute to conversation.

We screen heavily and really work hard to make a community that fits well together. We'd rather have a room vacant than have someone who we don't like living in the house.

Logistics: Sign a month to month lease (we wont raise the rent on you for at least 6 months though and after that point, any increase will be exactly what our landlord passes onto us)! Utilities shared among housemates. Common areas furnished, kitchens is ready.
