My husband and I rent half of a large apartment only blocks from downtown Menlo Park. Since our roommate is moving out at the end of December (having finished with his graduate degree) we are looking for a new roommate for the New Year.
We have been extremely happy with the apartment; it really is quite roomy: living room, dining room, kitchen, several storage closets, a private backyard patio, plus 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Mere minutes from Stanford campus on bike. Walking distance from TJ & Safeway. On-site laundry. Previous roommate is leaving their bed and desk, otherwise bedroom is unfurnished. Sole covered parking spot has already been claimed, admittedly. No pets or smoking allowed.
