Hi people

I will be leaving the area to take a job in Pittsburgh. I stay in this lovely house in a triplex on Ventura Ave and El Camino Real.

Features:

• The house is about 2 miles from south campus, 3.5 miles from Packard (20 min bike ride)
• Walking distance to a corner grocery store, cafe (happy donuts)
• spacious living room, bed room, kitchen, private garden (which I love), nice bathroom.
• friendly and quiet neighbors, quiet neighborhood, with a bike route to campus along Park ave.
• rent is $1200 per month + utilities (which is pretty cheap, in my opinion, for how big the place is).
• the landlady is absolutely wonderful!

The house can accommodate one person or a couple. My landlady would need a lease of one year, so please do not send me an email if you can't stay a year.

Let me know of your interest, and I can show you the house. I also want to sell some furniture: the couches and the kitchen table+chairs ($250). Let me know if you'd be interested.
