One bedroom in our two-story, 1750 sq ft, 3BR house in Menlo Park is opening up! We are looking for a new tenant to sign a 12-month lease, with opportunity to renew after. March 1 move-in date, with possible accommodation for late February or first week of March date if necessary.

-- $1,200/month, with a one time furniture pass down fee of $875 (includes communal and bedroom furniture). Furniture pass down fee will be repaid after move-out by next tenant. Security deposit one month rent (repaid by landlord after move-out or can be used as last month's rent).
