Furnishings: twin size bed (linens optional), desk & chair, 3 drawer night stand, upholstered rocking chair, 3 assorted shelves, 2 bulb floor & table lamps, & surge protector. View trees in side yard window between neighbor's home. Walk-in closet. Eat in kitchen to keep carpet clean from 5 am - 10 pm. Light kitchen use: gas stove (with manager’s consent) microwave & toaster. TV in kitchenette area. Energy saver refrigerator. Designated dishes & cookware provided. Dishes are washed by hand with soap! You must CLEAN after yourself.
Maid service ~ every 2 weeks is included. Laundry machines in garage.
Utilities split equally amongst 4 renters & mature resident property manager. Utilities are ~$49 - ~$98(?) per person a month. Energy saver thermostats downstairs & upstairs. Energy saver washer & dryer in garage. WiFi is included in rent.
