$1,275/room in Sunny Midtown Palo Alto Eichler!

We are looking to fill two rooms in our beautiful house in a quiet residential area of Palo Alto (Midtown). Our lease renews August 1, and we are looking for someone who will stay at least a year. If you're looking to move in sooner, you can move in as early as June 29 for one room, and July 10 for the other. Each room is $1,275/month with a deposit of $1400 for each room. Utilities are split evenly based on headcount and are usually about $60-100/month per person. We're close to the 101, Costco, Best Buy, REI, Trader Joe's, Target, Grocery Outlet, etc. If you need space for a bike, we have a lot of safe yard space next to our garden or our backyard couch and hammock. If you have a car, the roommates rotate who gets the two driveway spots, and there's plenty of quiet and safe street parking in the neighborhood. We have a washer/dryer in the house, along with a full kitchen where you'll often find us cooking (like baking bread or frying chicken) and a large living room where we play videogames together. If you take one of the rooms, you'll share a bathroom with one of the two easygoing male roommates, who are in their late 20s/early 30s. If you take both rooms, you can have a bathroom to yourself.
