We are 2 female professionals looking for a 3rd female roommate in a 3 bed/ 3 bath duplex townhome (1585 sq. ft). We work in tech and medical device industries. Our lovely roommate got a cool job offer in NYC, and we are looking for someone to take her room.
Looking for a quiet, responsible, respectful of privacy, clean and easy- going person. No pets, drugs, parties or regular overnight guests.

Monthly rent is ~$1,400 not including utilities (utilities divided among the 3 of us).
12-month lease through March 2020, with a $500 security deposit.
