Looking for a visiting medical students, interns, or international students to rent furnished room with private bathroom. Located in a three bedroom house in Palo Alto, you would be sharing the space with one other student/postdoc, plus the landlord. You’ll be given full use of the washer & dryer, swimming pool and light kitchen privileges.
Location is ideal.
• Right off of 101
• 10 minute walk to California Ave Caltrain station and free Margarite Standford Shuttles (also features Mollie Stones, Country Sun, weekend farmer market, various restaurants & bars).
• 5 minute walk to Midtown Shopping Center (Safeway, Starbucks Coffee, Walgreens, Dry cleaners, restaurants, etc).
• 10 minutes bike ride to downtown Palo Alto.
• 2.6 miles bike ride to Stanford University (460 Serra Mall, Stanford)

Rent is $1,400.- which includes utilities as well as high speed internet. Deposit of $900 and full month rent must be paid in full first day of move in. Available August1st---month to month/rent.
