$1,400 Private Bedroom in 4 BR House right in downtown Palo Alto

Hey Potential Housemates,

We're looking to fill one large bedroom by the end of October in our 4 bedroom house right in downtown Palo Alto. The house is located in a great spot, 1 mile from the caltrain, 2 miles from the center of Stanford's campus, and easy walking distance to anywhere in downtown Palo Alto.

The house: a 3 story house with a mudroom (featuring a beer fridge) on the 1st floor, a fully stocked kitchen, living room with a big TV and cable, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor (the one that's opening). We also have a front porch with a grill, laundry on site, and driveway parking. The 3rd floor bedroom is an awesome, spacious room that takes up the whole floor, and is much larger than your typical bedroom.

The roommates: 1 postdoc at Stanford, 1 dude in private equity in Palo Alto, and 1 dude working at a startup. Everyone's in their 20s or early 30s. We're looking for people like us - guys who work during the week, and like to stay busy on weeknights and weekends either hanging out together or doing their own thing.

$$: Rent is $1,400/month including utilities. You would be signing on to a month to month lease. The house is owned by a real estate management company. They've been really prompt helping out with anything that needs fixing, and generally stay out of our way.
