My name is Aran, and I'm looking for a roommate. Some key information about the apartment:
- The lease is for 12 months starting from August 2016.
- Rent is $2841 a month total, or about $1420 a month per person.
- Other expenses (which I expect to total about $100 per person per month) include
- renter's insurance (~$20 a month)
- electricity (~$40 per month for just me)
- water and garbage collection (~$100 for just me)
- One covered parking space is reserved for the unit. I don't have a car, so you would be free to have it.
- The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
- Common areas are furnished with the essentials. The second bedroom (the one you would have) is unfurnished.
- I have one cat. (I will pay all expenses associated with the cat.)
- There is a shared laundry facility next to the property management office.
- The apartment is close to public transit and shuttle stops for a few companies (including Google).
Some information about me:
- I'm a software engineer at Google.
- I identify as non-binary and generally go by they pronouns, though I will happily accept any other gender-neutral pronouns if those are easier to use.
