We’re a young couple looking to sublet the other room in our 2 bedroom 1 bath unit located in San Mateo. The unit is nice and spacious (~1,200 sq.ft). It has nice hardwood floors, lots of natural sunlight, and an awesome kitchen.

• Apartment is furnished (bedroom is not) but there is room for additional common furniture.
• Kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, convection oven, and lots of cabinet space

• Space in the garage for extra storage

• We’re in a quiet neighborhood and 5 minutes walking distance to a shopping center (with Safeway, CVS, gas station, restaurants, etc.)

Rent is $1,450 + ~$100/month* for utilities (includes water, garbage, PG&E, and high speed WiFi). Looking for someone who can move in by May 5, 2017.

The lease runs until Dec 31, 2017 and can be renewed if both parties agree. 1st month’s rent plus a security deposit of $1,450 required to move-in.
