$1,500 Looking for a new Roommate (Burlingame)

I have a bedroom available starting on October 1st for a male or female roommate-- $1,500.! Our previous roommate just moved out and we are looking to have another friendly face around the house. We'll be sharing a bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The house is pretty spacious and well lit by natural light.

A little bit about myself and the housemates:

We are working professionals in our mid twenties to early thirties. During the week, we've got a pretty mellow vibe happening at the house. During the weekend, sometimes we go out together, have a drink, or watch a movie. We try to have house dinners every month. This is our way to staying close despite our busy schedules. We don't like aggression, disrespect, rudeness, closed-mindedness, or debauchery. We DO like kindness, compromise, effective communication, cleanliness, cookies, wine, and board games!
