Beautiful 2 bed/2 bath (both master bedrooms). In unit washer and dryer, excellent AC, parking, and a balcony with a gorgeous view! Amount includes amenities (pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, grills, fitness center). Tandem 2 spot parking also included in this amount.

My current roommate will be moving out at the end of our lease (August 31) and I just love this place too much to leave. Looking for somebody to fill her place :) I have a 5.5 year old Aussie dog who is very friendly, so must be dog-friendly! (Definitely open to another dog moving in too!)

The apartment is right in the heart of the NoHo Arts District and is very walkable to bars, restaurants, etc.

Deposit: $250

Move in: August 31st (or around that)

Lease: We would sign a new 12 month lease together. Total rent is $3,159 but the room you would be getting has larger bathroom and bedroom square footage.

Utilities: on average about $90 extra per month per person. (We split Wifi (25 each), electricity which varies every 2 months)

Furniture: All the living room and dining room furniture will stay unless you have better replacements!
