We’re a young couple looking to sublet the other room in our 2 bedroom 1 bath unit located in San Mateo. The unit is nice and spacious (~1,200 sq.ft). It has nice hardwood floors, lots of natural sunlight, and an awesome kitchen.

Amenities/Utilities:

• Apartment is furnished (bedroom is not) but there is room for additional common furniture.
• Kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, convection oven, and tons of cabinets
• Washer and dryer in-unit
• Bathroom is newly remodeled
• Street parking is plentiful
• Space in the garage for extra storage

Location:

• We’re in a quiet neighborhood and 5 minutes walking distance to a shopping center (with Safeway, CVS, gas station, restaurants, etc.)
• Right off the 101
• 20 minutes to San Francisco, 8 minutes to San Francisco International Airport, 2 minutes to Coyote Point Recreation Area, 25 minutes to Palo Alto.
• 1.5 miles away from downtown San Mateo

Rent is $1,800 + utilities which include water, garbage, PG&E, and high speed WiFi are ~$100/month.* Looking for someone who can move in by June 1. The lease runs until Dec 31, 2016 after which it can be renewed if both parties agree. 1st month’s rent plus a security deposit of $1,800 required to move-in.

*We’re open to taking couples as well for additional rent.
