Hello there!

I have a bedroom in my two bedroom, one bath apartment in NoPa available for immediate move-in. The apartment is spacious and bright, with all new appliances in the kitchen and hardwood floors throughout. Bathroom is huge and the tiling was just redone. There's a fancy electric fireplace in the living room (I'm still figuring out the settings). The apartment is on a quiet street steps away from Brenda's Meat & Three, The Independent, 4505 BBQ, and tons of other fun stuff on Divisadero.

Rent is $1950/mo plus an additional ~$100 or so for utilities. Deposit is $1,000. I'm in the process of furnishing the living room/kitchen, but the available room is unfurnished. The room is about 12' x 13', not including its decent-sized closet. It gets tons of light from two windows.

A little bit about me: I'm a 27-year-old female lawyer starting at a small firm in the Financial District. I'm pretty low-key during the week, and like to unwind by cooking. On the weekends, I try to be out and about, ideally either surfing or hiking. I'm looking for someone in their mid-twenties to early thirties who also works outside the home.
