This is a 1500 square feet 2 BR/2.5 Bath Townhouse in a beautiful and safe community in Mountain View. The room for rent has a twin bed, a desk and a chair. There are two large closets in bed room and a closet in a bathroom. The bathroom has a shower over tube.

Furnished living room and dining area in an open floor. In house laundry is available (9 am to 7 pm), fully equipped kitchen with lightly cooking privilege.

The transportation is convenient. It’s short distance to drive to high way 101, 280, 85 and 237. It’s 4 miles to Stanford campus and 3 miles to google complex. Walking distance to all major grocery stores: whole food, trader Joe’s, target and safeway. Public transportations including: free city shuttle, VTA bus (22, 522, 35, 40) and caltrain all within the walking distance.

The rent is $1450(includes water, sewer, garbage, and internet) per month+ shared PG&E utility(electricity and gas, less than $50). First month rent and one month security deposit are required upon signing the lease. The lease will be month to month.

I am looking for a housemate alike who is clean, quiet, friendly and responsible. No drugs, no smoking, no pets and no guest stays overnight. Occasionally you can hear the whistle blowing from caltrain. If you are extremely sensitive to noise this room may not be right for you. Otherwise most of time this is a quiet place.
