The Rent is $1400 plus split utilities. Looking for someone to move in between July 28th and Aug 11th, 2018. 1 year lease preferred with month-to-month afterwards.

Recently built home in a great community. The community has resident and guest parking, a gym, tennis & basketball courts, swimming pool, BBQ area, and access to Coyote Creek Trail (great for walking/running).
The home has all modern amenities including central AC/heat, in-unit washer and dryer, TV etc.
Located in a safe neighborhood surrounded by IT companies (Cisco, Western Digital, KLA-Tencor), and walking distance (<1 mile) to lots of food and stores including 99 Ranch, Gen Korean BBQ, 85 degree bakery, In-N-Out, and Walmart.
If you work in Sunnyvale or Mountain View, commuting by car can take between ~10-30 mins depending on traffic. There is also a Google shuttle stop 203 ft from the house.
About your 2 housemates:
We are both recent graduates from the east coast working in tech in Mountain View and Sunnyvale. We’re looking for a friendly, respectful, and clean housemate. Smoking is a no-no. Sadly, no pets. Guests are welcome, but no crazy parties.
