1 bed/1 bath sublet available in Woodland Park Apartments

I'm looking for someone to sublet my 1 bed/1 bath apartment in East Palo Alto. The area is actually pretty safe. I'm moving to San Francisco for med school on July 1st, and my least ends on July 28th. The monthly rent is 1300, but I'm only asking for 900+utilities, OBO, since it's on such short notice. There is plenty of street parking.
