A spacious, modern 1 bed apartment with beautiful views. Parking garage in basement and pet friendly (both at extra cost). The building as a whole is great - it has a gym and a beautiful rooftop which makes it a space you can spend a lot of time. It is managed by super responsive, lovely people.

The neighbourhood is great - Dogpatch and Potrero Hill - within a short walk are fantastic and unique coffee shops, restaurants, bars, breweries ... and a small convenience store that has everything from milk to baking soda.

The apartment is unfurnished, but am very happy to sell the majority of furniture you see in the pictures - including a sofa bed, freestanding shelving etc. If you need this 'starter pack' we can discuss when you visit. You will need to sign a 12 month lease and put down a deposit of $900.
