1 Bed in quiet, bright, 2 Bed RWC house with private yard and garage

Hello,

I'm looking to replace my roommates (a couple) in a 2 bed 1 bath Redwood City apartment. The apartment is well located, ~5-10 minute bike ride to WholeFoods, Safeway, Caltrain Station, and downtown Redwood City and features bright spacious rooms. Laundry is onsite and the private yard contains a very large fruitful fig tree! Rent is currently month to month, though we may need to sign a new lease together with the landlord. No restrictions on kitchen use, this is a home that we’d be creating together.

About me: I am postdoc at Stanford and have been in the Bay Area a little over a year. I like to keep a clean house, but am not obsessive about it. I enjoy hanging out with my roommate(s) when possible, but also respect closed doors.

Available March 1st, possibly sooner. Price is $2000 + utilities (~$50-60)
