1 bedroom, 1 bathroom for rent in Mountain View starting Aug. 1st

I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. One bedroom and bathroom is available for a single-occupant starting August 1st. The apartment is available for month-to-month lease, though long term lease is preferred. We would be sharing the common areas of the apartment.

I am female, 25 year old graduate student. I am looking for a female roommate that is clean and respectful.

The apartment is located in the Barkley Apartments complex. They are walking distance (about 5 minutes) from a Safeway, Jack in the Box, Round Table, sushi and bagel shop. The apartments are also a 15 minute walk from the Mountain View Caltrain Station and Mountain View Downtown area. The Century Cinemas 16 Movie Theater is also less than a 10 minute drive away. The location is great!
