Looking for a working professional as a 4th housemate to rent a room with a private bathroom in a spacious townhouse in the San Jose Willow Glen area. Currently there are 2 females and 1 male, all late 20's, early 30's. Preference is another male.

Your age, hobbies, profession, and anything else you would like us to know. Must be a professional adult, single occupancy, no pets, no dependents.

The townhouse complex does have a clubhouse with a gym and pool/jacuzzi.

If the post is up, it is still available. Rent $1000/month, plus utilities. Utilities are around $150-$250. Usually in the upper end during the summer.
