YES, THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE PRICE BUT REAL IN THE HEART OF VALLEY.

Subletting my room in a 4 BR/2bathroom house since I am moving out. Being on lease is also a possibility if I decide on replacement roommate early enough as new lease with owner is being worked out right now. There is extra storage space in house in the garage. The living room is furnished with Sofa. Kitchen has 2 door refrigerator , Dishwasher, Oven, Gas cooking range, GE microwave. Washer and dryer are also included in this price.

• The house has a backyard with Apple tree, front lawn with Tangerines tree ( which is bearing tonnes of fruit right now ! ), huge 3 to 4 car driveway, front lawn. Lots of free street parking is available as well.

• It is a very safe and quite neighborhood located very close to Levi's Stadium. Very close to Oracle, Cisco, Intel, Safeway @ Rivermark Plaza, Target, restaurants, VTA light rail (5-8 min walk), public park with tennis and basketball court.

• Rent is $610+ utilities (approx $60/person/month for gas, internet, electricity, water and garbage). Actual Utility's cost as per real usage would be shared with other roommates.

About your room (pics coming soon):

• Comes furnished/unfurnished as you wish (Trying to sell existing furniture so let me know). Queen bed+mattress, a nice shelf inside closet, one beautiful shelf in room available for use (bedroom pictures will be added soon) available for extra cost if you let me know now.

About your bathroom (pics coming soon):

• Shared with two apartment mates who are done by 9 AM generally and something can obviously be worked out.

Current tenants excluding me :
All three are unmarried young fellows and have fairly busy full time jobs and are of course, well educated. They are happy, fun loving people who enjoy occasional hang-outs, chats, cooking, socializing.

About You:
Non-smoking ( you can smoke in backyard/front lawn, not inside house please), No Pets (sorry, I love them but respecting my room mates here) , Must have stable income and be able to provide proof of same, Vegetarians/ eggitarians preferred (Please mention in ad reply). Of course, must have good nature and be chill about things. 1st month rent + security (same as rent) will be due for taking this room.
