One of our roommates is moving out a few months shy of our 1-year lease. We’re looking for a roommate to replace her in our beautiful remodeled 4-bedroom + 2-bath in Lower Pac Heights, starting April.
Rent is $1465/month + utilities.
The 1-yr lease ends June 30. You would be added to the lease in April, with potential to continue on month-to-month after June.
About the room:
-Spacious room (~11’x13’) with hardwood floors and newly painted walls (hope you like pink!)
-Window facing neighbor’s courtyard, so not a view, but enough to get natural light
-In room closet with three big shelves. You would also get a closet in the double parlor with substantial hanging room (see pictures).
-Fixed wall heater
-Comes with IKEA twin bed and wooden dresser if you’d like, otherwise they’ll be moved to storage
About the place:
-Middle unit of a 3-unit Edwardian
-High ceilings and hardwood floors throughout
-Spacious, fully furnished living room, dining room, and kitchen with any appliances you could ever need
-Two bathrooms, each with shower and bath
-In-unit washer and dryer
-5 blocks from Fillmore St restaurants and shops, and Japantown. 10 min walk to Trader Joe’s and City Target. Literally in the heart of SF, so anywhere you’d want to go is not too far away
About the roommates:
3 females, ages 23-24. 1 works in consulting (Stanford '11), 1 works in tech (Stanford '12), and 1 is studying for her PhD. On weekends, we like to stay active, hang out with friends, and go out in the evening. Lazier days at home might be spent cooking together or watching TV.
You:
-Female, working professional, clean and easy-going, a good communicator.
-Likes to have fun but doesn't bring the party home.
-Non-smoker, no pets (sorry!)
-Looking to move in April
