Join our sunny Silver Terrace/Bayview house! Available for immediate move in or by August 1st. Private room in 3br/2ba upper unit (accessed via 2 flights of 10 stairs) with gorgeous views of the Bay. Whole house (our unit and one below who we share garage & backyard with) is POC and our unit is all QTPOC :)
The room easily fits a full size bed, has a closet with mirrored sliding doors, and direct access to the roof via ladder. Kitchen includes dishwasher and gas appliances. Shared bathroom has a skylight. Working gas fire place in the living room and vaulted ceilings in the entire house.
Easy transit to the Peninsula, Mission, Castro, downtown etc.: 15 min bike to 22nd Caltrain, frequent buses (24, 44) within a block or less, muni within 4 blocks. Multiple grocery stores within a 1 mile or less including Grocery Outlet. Views of the Bay from the living room.
Rent is $1166/month plus utilities, $1000 deposit, plus we are splitting a new washer dryer which comes to $372/person. We have a goofball cat, no more pets accepted unfortunately. Long term preferred.
