One bedroom available in a beautiful 4 bed 2 bath house near campus. The move-in date is flexible for the right person but will ideally be this fall (between September and January). Looking for somebody who will take over my portion of the lease and re-sign next year. Rent is $1804 and utilities are separate.
The house is located along Alma street, a 5 minute bike ride to campus or to Town and Country, and a 10-minute bike ride to the Caltrain station and downtown Palo Alto. Since we are near the main road and the Caltrain, there is traffic and train noise at night, so the room is not suitable for a light sleeper!
The house is large with a little garden area and fully furnished. The other three roomates are female Stanford affiliates in their late 20s/early 30s (two in med school, one postdoc). We also have two adorable cats. This house has lovely vibes; we all share chores and baked goods and occasionally come together for house dinners. I am only leaving to move in with my boyfriend, otherwise I would have loved to stay!
