We have 1 bedroom available in our large 6 bed/3.5 bath house in Palo Alto. Availiable on April 1st for 1-year lease (moving after 6+ months is possible), earlier if needed.
The rent is $1145 per month (utilities and internet not included). The house will be shared with 5 Stanford grad students/affiliates and young working professionals. Some features of the household include:

No pets and no smoking allowed. The house is close to a highway 101 on-ramp and it's a 10 minute drive or 20 minute bike to the Stanford campus. A shopping complex with a Safeway, Walgreens and food and coffee shops is a short walk or drive down the road.
